The Products

SimLab supplies various software solutions for EMC, EMI, SI, and power/ground simulation for printed circuit boards (PCB), cables, and cable harness systems.
Developed in close co-operation with industrial partners our tools are specifically enhanced for handling no-ground, partial ground, and imperfect ground planes, with conductor and dielectric shapes fully variable to the user. Crosstalk, skin effect, dielectric losses, and radiation are considered in both the time domain and the frequency domain.
Interfaces to common EDA tools (for PCB layout design and mechanical CAD data) and special import filters (IBIS, Spice, Saber) guarantee productive work flows and successful investigations. Several export filters producing simulation models in Spice or Saber syntax are making the engineers' working life easier.

In addition, we offer services making those analyses easier and more efficient.

SimLab tools are running on Intel compatible PC with Microsoft Windows (2000, XP) or Linux (Red Hat RHEL 4, SuSE 9.2, or higher), and on Unix workstation with Sun Sparc (Solaris 8, or higher) or HP 700 (HP-UX 11i, or higher).

To enable a flexible and efficient licensing mechanism, SimLab is offering node-locked and floating licenses to ease the integration of our products in your licensing environment.
