The Intention

In industry the use of both digital and analog circuit technology for the development of electric and electronic components has maintained its unchanged high significance. Beside the classical fields of use, as for instance the automotive technology, the medical technology or the automation technology, the share of analog structures in circuit design is growing even in the field of information and communication electronics.

The continuing trend towards minimizing structures of circuit layouts and at the same time striving to improve functionality of electrical components make high demands on the design engineers. Additional factors, such as the reduction of design cycles out of cost factors and the compliance with existing EMC regulations, add difficulty to the development process.
